Workshops – Draft Concept
Workshops are thematic intensives that use the SLO Center for the Arts (SloCA) as a starting point for creative exploration. Led by local and visiting artists and creative thinkers, these project-based sessions take advantage of the rich resources of our unique site and the surrounding hillside, and they provide participants with focused, residency-like learning opportunities.
Workshops are held on SloCA historic, artist-renovated site. Workshops may include individual and group sessions, time inside and outside of the studio, chef-prepared meals among peers in the Dining Hall, and the option to stay in on-site housing for the full SloCA experience.
